Anna Aguilar, a founding partner at Aguilar Bentley LLC, has more than fifteen years of hands-on litigation experience and has built a successful private practice representing companies and individuals in a variety of complex civil litigations, including complex business disputes, business torts, fraud and negligence claims, fiduciary duty issues, employment disputes (including non-compete issues and defense of discrimination claims), real estate, insurance, intellectual property, contract and licensing matters.  Ms. Aguilar also has significant experience representing clients in connection with internal and government investigations, including securities law, fraud, accounting issues, and workplace investigations, including investigations relating to claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation and other misconduct.  Ms. Aguilar also frequently assists clients in settlement negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.  Ms. Aguilar teamed up with Lisa Bentley to establish Aguilar Bentley LLC, after years of litigating cases with Ms. Bentley, both as associates at the New York City firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where Ms. Aguilar was an associate from 2002-2008, and then as colleagues in a boutique litigation practice at Berger Legal LLC.

Prior to her time at Willkie Farr, Ms. Aguilar served as a federal judicial law clerk to the Honorable Nicholas H.
