  • Reached a favorable settlement on behalf of a news content provider in a lawsuit brought against it in the SDNY, which had alleged breach of contract arising out of a software licensing agreement;
  • Represented an inventor of hydro-flight technology in a lawsuit pending in the SDNY concerning whether a purported settlement agreement was binding in an underlying federal lawsuit involving ownership of patents; 
  • Handled numerous subpoena responses, document productions and depositions for non-party subpoena recipients; and
  • Advised employers and employees on issues concerning the enforceability of restrictive covenants and negotiated numerous employment-related agreements.
  • Secured victory on behalf of a software company for breaches of a software license agreement, and obtained an award of virtually all attorneys' fees in a Los Angeles-based arbitration;
  • Successfully defended a Fortune 500 company against a preliminary injunction in a federal lawsuit and, following a successful partial motion to dismiss, ultimately secured a favorable settlement of the matter;
  • Secured favorable settlement on behalf of plaintiff insurance beneficiaries who had been previously denied payment by insurance company for life insurance death benefit;
  • Successfully defended a privately-held corporation against multi-million dollar fraud action in federal court, obtaining dismissal of all claims on summary judgment;
  • Won motion to dismiss a breach of contract action brought against a Pennsylvania casino in Westchester, New York on grounds of lack of personal jurisdiction;
